ContiGuarantee for Commercial Vehicle Tyres with CrossTrac

Continental has introduced the ContiGuarantee, a self-registration warranty programme designed to offer financial support against eligible tyre damage within twelve months of purchase.

The initiative makes its debut following its success across transportation and mobility areas in other markets, and most recently in the UK bicycle market. Its easy-to-use, fully digital platform has been designed to offer operators peace of mind and extra protection for their purchases.

The programme applies exclusively to new CrossTrac commercial tyres and enables customers to register eligible tyres online, creating a record of the products covered and allowing eligible claims to be submitted through the same online platform. Should qualifying tyre damage occur within the twelve-month warranty period, operators can log into their ContiGuarantee account, select the relevant pre-registered tyre and begin the claims process.
