A New Range of Truck-Bus Bias Tyres from Apollo

Apollo Tyres has recently launched its latest truck-bus bias (TBB) tyre range to reinforce the brand’s commitment to delivering exceptional performance while helping customers reduce their total cost of operations.

The range has been engineered with advanced technology, validated through extensive testing, and designed to meet the evolving needs of modern and growing vehicle segments.

Developed through close collaboration between the company’s global R&D and plant teams, this newly launched range leverages key technological advancements to further enhance durability, mileage and on-road reliability. These improvements are aimed at maximising uptime and improving overall efficiency for fleet owners and transporters.

To further strengthen its tyre portfolio, Apollo Tyres has also introduced three new tyres in the 10.00-20 size, a popular fitment for a wide spectrum of truck and bus applications.

XT 1X is a drive-pattern tyre engineered to deliver higher profitability for fleet owners. It features a sturdy and durable lug design for improved cut-and-chip resistance, optimised tread mass distribution for extended tyre life, and a durable carcass structure with an enhanced cavity profile for better casing durability.

XT 2X is also a drive-pattern tyre designed to provide extra strength along with an extra-deep tread and a high-mileage tread compound for improved tread life. It includes optimised shoulder lugs for enhanced durability and a reinforced casing for greater load-carrying capacity.

XR 1X is a steer-pattern tyre specifically developed to ensure extended service life. It features a high tread depth with a modular matrix tread design to reduce the rate of wear and extend tyre life, a stress-relieving deeper shoulder window for faster heat dissipation, and 100% tie-bar-protected ribs for improved durability.
