Bohnenkamp leads the way in innovative service

International wholesaler Bohnenkamp SE recently exhibited at the Agritechnica 2025 Show (Hall 4, Stand C22) to showcasing reliable support for all challenges in the tire and wheel trade. 

The company has been underlining its role as a holistic solution provider with its 360-degree offering of service, expertise and support at every stage of the product life cycle from selection and use to disposal.

At Bohnenkamp, service is not an add-on but a central component of the offering with over 100 experts from sales and after sales handle all questions related to tires, wheels and their practical applications.

A long-established part of Bohnenkamp's service concept is their agricultural catalogue, which which was presented at the trade fair in its 12th edition and is much more than just a product directory. With over more than 440 pages, the catalogue brings together technical expertise, practical tips and expert contributions from trade, manufacturers and industry. 

A particular highlight of the new edition is the significantly expanded tyre guide now up to 90 pages, with practical expert knowledge on topics such as soil conservation and optimisation of use. There is also a new chapter on tyre pressure control systems and expanded service pages. The catalogue not only helps with product selection but also provides valuable information on how to increase efficiency, safety and sustainability.

In addition to tyres and wheels for tractors and large towed vehicles, this year Bohnenkamp presentedsolutions for trucks, transport and small tyres, including those used for yard work or lawn care. Which allows the wholesaler to address the ever-expanding portfolio of machines used in modern agriculture. This is also emphasised by 

Heiko Holthaus, Business Unit Manager Agriculture at Bohnenkamp says. “The constantly growing agricultural businesses are paying more and more attention to the efficient use of machinery and are increasingly taking on more tasks in landscaping. Not only are a growing number of different vehicles being used, but tires are also becoming increasingly important as they often make the difference when it comes to effective performance on different surfaces.”

A particular focus in field use is on IF/VF tyres, which reduce ground pressure, save fuel and therefore contribute to more efficient and sustainable farming. It has been available for tractors for years and has also been introduced into the area of towed vehicles in recent years – a topic that has been close to Bohnenkamp's heart for years. 

To demonstrate that solutions in this area are now possible and efficient for any combination, Bohnenkamp installed a large presentation wall at its booth featuring a realistic vehicle combination with VF complete wheels and explaining how the technology works and the benefits it provides.

Finally Bohnenkamp's 360-degree service also includes a consistent view beyond product sales. After-sales support, training and the promotion of young talent are integral parts of the service offering. As part of Werkstatt Live, Bohnenkamp will once again be working with agricultural machinery manufacturers and vocational schools to promote young talent in a practical way. Trainees will be demonstrating the professional mounting of modern wheels at the stand. The company will also announce new training courses for 2026 that specifically address the requirements of dealers and workshop personnel in the agricultural sector, from technical basics to tire pressure systems and legal requirements.
