The Goodyear Vector 4Seasons Gen 3 tyre
Goodyear has announced the expansion of its award-winning Vector 4Seasons Gen-3 tyre range with the introduction of 13 new SJU’s taking the total on offer to 187 sizes from 14 up to 22-inch rim options.
This extended range now covers over 92 per cent of market demand for sizes of 18 inches and below and over 75 per cent for sizes of 19 inches and above. Ensuring even wider compatibility for drivers throughout Europe.
As the brand continues to invest in this growing market segment, with new original equipment (OE) fitments with leading manufacturers including Mercedes and Renault further reinforcing the tyre’s premium positioning. The Gen 3 is optimized for modern and electric vehicles such as the Kia EV3, Mercedes C-Class, Volvo XC40, and Audi e-tron, delivering low rolling resistance and reduced noise, key characteristics for today’s mobility needs.
The Vector 4Seasons Gen-3 is also certified with the European Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) symbol and offers exceptional performance in both summer and winter conditions. Whilst its advanced tread pattern enhances grip on wet, snowy, and icy roads plus a versatile compound ensures reliable dry performance across a wide temperature range.
The tyre also features Goodyear SealTech, a self-sealing technology that effectively seals tread penetrations of up to 5mm, helping the tire remain inflated until professionally inspected. Additionally, Goodyear’s SoundComfort Technology reduces interior noise by up to 50 per cent, providing a quieter ride that’s especially beneficial for electric vehicles.
