GT Radial’s ClimateActive tyre launches in Europe

The ClimateActive All Season tyre from GT Radial
GT Radial has recently introduced a new passenger car and SUV tyre into the European market sector – the ClimateActive which joins the company’s 4Seasons range which features over 90 sizes in rims from 15 up to 21 inches covering over 90 per cent of passenger car and SUV models.
The tyre will initially be available in 13 and 14-inch sizes and features reduced rolling resistance and up to 15 per cent improvement in wet performance resulting in an A rating for wet grip and also providing long-lasting grip performance.
Other key features include a very balanced tyre that delivers safe and reliable winter driving performance and impressive grip levels on both wet and dry roads. It is also worth noting that the ClimateActive is GT Radial’s very first all-season tyre to feature its EV Ready logo which signifies best use across each individual size for dual electric vehicle and internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles.

The tyres were designed and engineered at Giti Tire’s European Research & Development Centre in Hannover, Germany with testing at the company’s MIRA facility in the UK as well as key locations in Germany and Spain.
