Landmark acquisition signals growth for Oak Group Holdings

Oak Group Holdings’ recent acquisition of Exhaust, Tyres and Batteries (ETB) has resulted in the company acquiring two wholesale sites and 52 retail shops across the Midlands, Wales and Southwest England to its portfolio.
Oak’s focus is on enhancing stock availability across the ETB network, bringing stock availability across the ETB network in line with the high service levels the family-run business prides itself on. Complementing the acquisition of ETB is the addition of Oak’s brand-new 155,150-square-foot storage and distribution facility in Newport.
With capacity to hold over 250,000 tyres, alongside a comprehensive fleet of heavy goods vehicles, there will be improved service and availability to brand dealers across the south-west and South Wales.
