Nexen’s new Romanian headquarters in Bucharest
Global tyre producer Nexen Tire has announced several new personnel appointments aimed at reinforcing its European operations and enhancing its strategic market positioning. These changes reflect the company’s commitment to agility, customer focus, and sustainable growth in key regional markets.
Stephen Park has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Nexen Tire UK & Northern Europe. With a strong background in Sales and Market development, Stephen will focus on expanding business opportunities and strengthening relationships with customers in the UK, Ireland and Nordic markets.
The company has also established a new branch office in Bucharest, Romania, to increase its service in the growing Eastern European market.
Therefore, Tim Inhoon Jung has been appointed to head the new Bucharest office as Managing Director of Nexen Tire Romania with a objective to build on his expertise in sourcing and developing new strong regional partnerships and accelerating business growth in Romania and neighbouring European markets.
Finally, Kwan-Hee Park has been appointed as the new Team Leader of the (EU) Marketing Planning Team. In this role, Kwan-Hee will lead the sales operation and pricing operation to increase Nexen’s market image across the European region.
