Prometeon Upgrades its Pro Management Fleet Support Platform

The Prometeon Pro Management System
Prometeon Tyre Group has announced the strengthening of its fleet and dealer support with a major upgrade to Pro Management, its centralised tyre management platform, designed to reduce administration, speed up workflows and improve visibility for transport operators.
The Pro Management portal plays a key role in supporting Prometeon’s fleet customers by providing a single, consistent system for tyre-related activity across its national dealer network. Developed in-house, the enhanced platform upgrades the previous version and delivers faster workflows, improved visibility and greater flexibility for fleets and dealers.
Steve Tift, Managing Director of Prometeon Tyre Group UK & Ireland, says, “The focus of this upgrade was very clear, to make Pro Management easier, quicker and more intuitive to use. As the new, platform is far more user-friendly and gives dealers and fleets faster access to the information they need, without unnecessary steps or complexity.”
Additional benefits include clearer navigation, improved search and filtering functionality, and a cleaner visual layout that makes it easier to review job history, approvals and costs.
For fleet customers, the platform now provides improved visibility across multiple depots, allowing transport and fleet managers to track activity, authorisations and spend at both account and branch level. Dealers benefit from faster job processing, simpler booking workflows and clearer information helping reduce errors and save time.
Steve adds, “Most of the improvements are what we call ‘quality of life’ changes with fewer clicks, clearer screens and faster processes and it’s all about removing problems from everyday tasks and making the system work for the people using it, rather than the other way around.
“Our customers expect more than just a tyre, they expect consistency, transparency and support they can rely on. This major upgrade to Pro Management is an investment in those relationships and strengthens how we work with fleets and dealers, improves visibility and efficiency, and reinforces our commitment to being easy to do business with, both now and in the future.”
Fleet customers are already seeing the benefits of the enhanced platform with Naeve Brown, Business Improvement and Indirect Procurement Director at ForFarmers UK, stating “The Pro Management portal has been a real step forward for us as the improved visibility and clear dashboards make it much easier for our transport managers to access the information they need and stay on top of inspections, maintenance and compliance. It gives us real confidence and peace of mind across the fleet.”
Long-standing Prometeon customer Brit European also welcomed the improvements with Paul Birch, Fleet Engineer at Brit European adding “We’ve worked with Prometeon for many years, and the upgraded Pro Management system reflects their ongoing commitment to improving how they support our operation. The platform is clearer, quicker and far easier to use, helping ensure consistency across our depots and making day-to-day fleet administration more straightforward.”
The upgraded platform also introduces greater automation, including the ability to automatically progress jobs that have not been actioned within an agreed timeframe. This helps ensure consistency across the network and supports more predictable payment cycles for dealers. By reducing manual intervention and standardising processes, the system creates a fairer and more transparent environment for all parties involved.
The new Pro Management platform is fully owned and controlled by Prometeon, allowing for continuous development and ongoing refinement based on customer and dealer feedback.
Steve concludes: “Pro Management is a live system that will keep evolving. We already have further enhancements planned, particularly around reporting and workflow efficiency, and we’ll continue to listen closely to our customers using it every day.”
