Terra Rubber showcases the progress of a rubber circular economy

During the recent TyreXpo Asia 2026 Show in Bangkok, a special Tyre Industry Seminar was held as part of the three-day event. As the only European tyre industry media company present, Tyre.Media was able to interview several selected industry speakers, including Hadi Sampurno, Director of Indonesian-based Terra Rubber Technology, a manufacturer of reclaimed butyl rubber.
Opening this exclusive interview, John Stone, Partner at Tyre.Media, asked Hadi if speaking at this important Seminar had been worthwhile. Hadi commented that it definitely was very beneficial, adding, “As it provided me with the perfect networking platform to meet people from the Asian tyre market sector, especially tyre manufacturers, including current and potential future clients.
“For Terra Rubber, it proved to be a most welcome opportunity to further extend the company’s image and services to future supplier companies not just from Asia but from around the world.”
Hadi admitted it was his objective to connect with as many rubber industry players as possible alongside gaining the latest information on how the rubber market has recently developed.
Hadi was speaking at the Seminar on the specialised topic of ‘From End-of-Life Tyres to High-Value Rubber: A Circular Economy in Action’.
The interview concluded with the following statement from Hadi:
