The Vipal buffer is delivered to Remusa in Spain
South American based Vipal Rubber has announced the recent installation of a second piece of machinery being installed at the company’s European partner Recauchutados Muralla S.A Remusa in Spain. Who already work with a Vipal VOC760 CARGO extruder and have now taken delivery of a Vipal VR01 Smart DUO buffer.
Providing a buffing capacity of up to 35 tyres an hour with perfect texture and finishing of the tyre shoulders. The VR01 Smart Duo is fully automated and robust with exclusive software designed to guarantee high performance with low energy consumption on retreaded tyres and deliver superior productivity levels.
Other equally important features and benefits include a unique rotating tower system for improved productivity and reduced operational costs and a better physical yield due to its compact size and increased removal of rubber at each advance of the buffing tower.
