Vipal take part in first Global OTR Conference

Vipal Rubber recenting participated in the first edition of the Global OTR Conference, dedicated exclusively to professionals from the Off-The-Road (OTR) tyre segment. Which was staged in early October in Antwerp, Belgium.
The event was also supportred by many leading companies in the tyre and vehicle industry, along with distributors, service providers and fleet owners.
During the event Vipal highlighted its broad portfolio and global expertise in the segments of OTR tyre retreading and production of rubber compounds. Whilst participation in the conference emphasizes the company’s commitment to providing solutions in high performance, sustainability and cost saving to the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) market and further strengthening Vipal’s ongoing relationship with its customers and partners in the region.
On the final day of the event, Fabrício Nedeff, Vipal’s Commercial Manager for EMEA, participated in the panel “OTR Tyre Retreading – A Discussion Panel,” Chaired by David Wilson, editor of the Retreading Business magazine and ad addressing a topic that has been the subject of major debate in the sector: Retreading as an essential part of the OTR tyre lifecycle.
Guest experts debated on the importance of including this subject in tyre management strategies, helping the audience understand whether, why and how to retread tyres of this type. During the discussion, Fabricio highlighted the strategic role of retreading in extending OTR tyre useful life, highlighting its contribution to the reduction of operating costs and to the sustainability of the sector.
He added, “Participating in this pioneer event is something Vipal is proud of. Our presence here reinforces the company’s long-term commitment with the OTR segment and with our partners around the world.”
