The ZC Rubber team at Mining Indonesia 2025
ZC Rubber, a leading tyre manufacturer in Asia presented its two flagship brands, Westlake and Tianli along with a strong lineup of mining tyre products at The Mining Indonesia Show earlier this month.
The ZC Rubber stand featured nine distinctive mining tyre patterns, including sizes 27.00R49, 24.00R35, 33.25R29, 29.5R25, and 12.00R24, covering a wide range of applications for rigid dump trucks, articulated dump trucks, wide-body, dump trucks, and other mining transport vehicles. Which are all designed to meet the demands of both open-pit and underground mining operations.
Among the highlights attracting attention from event visitors was the Westlake CB771, available in sizes from 14.00R20 to 24.00R35, engineered for rigid dump trucks and wide-body, dump trucks. Its large block tread design ensures superior traction and braking on rugged terrains.
Whilst a reinforced carcass allows for multiple retreading cycles, delivering cost efficiency and thicker sidewalls minimise the risk of sidewall cuts. Plus, multiple compound options enable adaptability to various complex road conditions
Plus, the Tianli 27.00R49 TUE402 is designed with a high TKPH drive pattern, the tyre provides excellent heat dissipation and reduces slippage during operations. With special compound materials enhancing wear resistance and cut protection and a reinforced carcass improves load capacity and extends service life alongside superior flexibility and flotation for greater driving comfort.
Finally, ZC Rubber showcased the 12.00R24 truck and bus radial tyre, which is manufactured by its Indonesian subsidiary, PT. Matahari Tire Indonesia (MTI). MTI also produces 7.50R16, 10.00R20, 11.00R20, and 12.00R20 sizes.
