Nexen Tire has announced a series of leadership appointments across its European organisation that reinforces the company’s commitment to strengthening its market presence, enhancing customer focus and driving sustainable growth throughout the region.

As part of these changes, Dr. Guido Hüffer has been appointed as Managing Director of Nexen Germany. He brings more than 18 years of leadership experience within the tyre industry. Throughout his career, Guido has focused on sales management, retail and franchise management, S&OP management and business development.
In his new role, he will focus on driving the expansion of the Nexen brand across the DACH region, strategically developing the business across customer channels and supporting the company’s long-term growth through a strong customer and market focus, collaborative leadership and a pragmatic approach.
In Germany, Jeffrey Kim will remain in his role as Vice President of Europe Sales Central & East, further strengthening the company’s presence in one of its key European markets. Jeffrey will continue to oversee the company’s sales strategy and business development across Central and Eastern Europe, supporting regional growth and strengthening customer relationships.
In Poland, Ricky Lee has been appointed as Managing Director of Nexen Poland, succeeding Taehoon Lee. He will be responsible for leading the Polish organisation, further expanding the company’s market position and driving sustainable business growth while strengthening partnerships with dealers.
In France and Spain, HyunJe Cho has been appointed as Managing Director of Nexen France and Spain, succeeding Francis (Woo Sung) Ham. He will oversee the company’s operations and sales activities in both markets, with a focus on further developing the business, enhancing customer engagement and supporting continued growth in Southern Europe.
These appointments reflect Nexen’s ongoing investment in experienced leadership and commitment to strengthening customer relationships, accelerating business development and supporting continued growth across its European markets.
